We want you to love your Timex timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition. Please note that customized or engraved watches are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all manuals and warranty cards, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
